Shibori

Shibori is an ancient Japanese technique of dyeing, which is mainly applied to garments and fabric cuts. Meaning "stained with blocking" and in blocking some areas of the fabric, to prevent the sea dyed. It involves folding, twisting or binding, then dyeing it with indigo. The elements used to block the image, limit the passage of the dye, leaving areas in blue color and others in white.

One of the most characteristic features of the Shibori is that it plays with the unpredictability of its forms, allying with chance to create a variety of unique prints. In this collection we wanted to reproduce the effect of its classic prints with a fan of multiple applications, as many as we can imagine.
