The purchase in our online store is totally safe.

In addition, and although we hope it does not happen, we are responsible for any defective item through repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, in accordance with Law 1/2007, dated November 16, which approves the consolidated text Of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

General conditions of changes and returns

In case you want to return the purchased product for any reason, you can do so, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 1/2007 on the Protection of Consumers and Users, expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by them, and no packages are accepted.

Please note that in order for the purchased product to be able to be returned, it must have been previously delivered by a courier or courier service to the customer. Also, remember that it is only possible to make changes and returns of products purchased on our website online. If you have a problem with products purchased at a physical establishment, please go directly to the place where you purchased the product.

In case, to obtain the refund will be required:

- That the consumer communicates his intention to return or change the product to the company within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the order.

- That the product has not been used, and must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received.

- The product must be shipped in its original packaging, including the outer packaging box, if any, so that it arrives at our plant in the same state in which it was delivered.

- You must include in the package of shipment completely filled up our form of changes and returns, indicating also a reference of change or return that will be provided by phone or via email, through our contact form.

In the event that you decide to return or change the product, we will refund all payments we have received from you, no later than 30 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement . We will make the refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you tell us otherwise.

How can I make a change or return?

To return or change your product, you must follow the following instructions:

1) Download, print and fill out our return form. Note that it is necessary to fill in as many forms as you wish to return or change. It is important that you have at hand for completing both the reference of your product and the reference of change or return that we have previously provided.

2) To obtain your exchange or return reference, you must contact our Customer Service Department. Or send an e-mail to or by calling the following telephone number: +34 962 916 476.

3) Enter the duly completed form, including the exchange reference number that we have provided, in the box of pair.

5) Once received, in the case of changes, we will check if the model you are requesting is in stock, in which case we will proceed to send it again to the address you indicate, free of charge, within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt. In case you have requested a return, or assuming that the product you wish to change is not in stock, we will reimburse you the total amount of the same, including shipping costs, by the same method for which you made the initial payment.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumers and Users Act, the costs arising from the return of the product are borne by you and your responsibility. MARUTX will not accept parcels due.
